We supported each employee through these changes.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, we gave all our employees the opportunity to take part in a <strong>career review to express their views<\/strong> on their current position and their needs and wishes relating to trainings and development. Every year, an average of a dozen people work <strong>with our future retirees to learn from their experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We also rely on work-study programmes to enable our most experienced employees to pass on the skills they<\/strong> have acquired over the years. For us, work-study courses are <strong>the ideal career development tool<\/strong>, because they enable young recruits not only to acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to master a trade, but also to understand how the company works. Work-study students also benefit from the <strong>transfer of skills<\/strong> from their elders.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid losing skills, we have <strong>identified critical posts, key skills<\/strong> <strong>and people with potential within the company<\/strong>.
