data-aos-offset=\"-200\"><p>Supervised sessions with a <strong>sports coach<\/strong> are offered to our employees four times a week, at lunchtime or in the late afternoon. Currently, around forty employees take part in these training sessions, depending on their working hours and availability.<\/p>\n<p>These activities play an important role in promoting <strong>social interaction<\/strong> <strong>and<\/strong> <strong>physical and mental health<\/strong>. They strengthen ties and allow us to share activities with colleagues we don\u2019t see on a daily basis. The most recent buildings date from the 2000s.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2020, <strong>we have been gradually modernising our workspaces, area by area<\/strong>. Our catering provider offers hot and cold meals, vegetables (or chips for those who prefer \ud83d\ude0a) \u2013 <strong>healthy meals to suit everyone\u2019s diet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Last summer, we set up <strong>an area outside<\/strong> our office building so that our employees can eat outdoors and enjoy the sunshine during their lunch break.
