The promotion of professional equality, gender diversity and the prevention of discrimination are values that form an integral part of our corporate culture.

The promotion of professional equality, gender diversity and the prevention of discrimination are values that form an integral part of our corporate culture.
Our Human Resources department guarantees this on a daily basis, paying particular attention to the following points.
Our recruitment department is trained to be neutral and egalitarian in its treatment of applicants
To make the diversity of our teams a reality, we are committed to equal opportunities in access to employment.
All qualified candidates are considered in the same way regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, sexual identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnic origin, age, disability, marital status etc.
Our recruitment department is trained to be neutral and egalitarian in its treatment of applicants. Recruitment decisions are based solely on objective criteria relating to professional aptitudes and interpersonal skills.

Although we meet our legal obligations to welcome people with disabilities, we believe we can do better than that. Once the changes to our organisations resulting from our diversification have stabilised, we are determined to take this inclusive approach further.
We are aware that this will not be easy, as the employees concerned are often afraid of being stigmatised. But through prevention, information and the organisation of immersive experiences, we want to work with staff representatives to create a disability policy that reflects our values of inclusion.
In the meantime, we continue to adapt workstations where necessary and support the integration of the employees with disabilities into their teams.

Since the recruitment drives in 1990 and 1999, when our paper machines were commissioned, our employees have remained loyal to us. Today, our average age is around 47 years old.
Far from being a hindrance, this situation provides us with a fantastic opportunity to develop intergenerational relationships. Our most experienced employees have acquired solid skills and experience that they are keen to pass on.
Thanks to mentoring and work-study programmes, this process becomes a tool for dialogue between young and experienced people. It’s the key to building intergenerational collaboration on a daily basis.
We apply a zero-tolerance policy towards employees who would behave in a discriminatory manner.
We believe that no employee should be discriminated against on the grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity or status. Throughout the world, everyone should be able to be themselves and feel accepted in their uniqueness. This is why we apply a zero-tolerance policy towards employees who would behave in a discriminatory manner. Moreover, we run anti-discrimination awareness campaigns every year.
